Weird situation here and I guess I’m mostly here to vent, but if y’all have crazy theories I’m open to them.

I’m staying with my mom while my house is being repaired. I bought 1 blister pack of DMC needles - a 6 pack, and one cross stitch kit just so I could have something to work on while I’m here.

My mother is an obsessive vacuumer, 3 or 4 times a day minimum. Almost every time she vacuums, she brings me a needle or two and says “I found more of your needles AGAIN!”

The only problem is they’re not mine. My 6 pack now has 27 needles in it, plus the one on the project. She’s threatening to throw out my project because it’s dangerous to have loose needles on the floor with the dogs. She won’t believe they’re not mine.

She doesn’t stitch at all and says they have to be mine. I don’t know where they’re coming from. They look like 28s, so probably not from a knitting application (she does knit).

Where are they coming from???
