Recently I was with a bisexual cis man who I’ve been casually seeing. We talk about things and this topic came up. I told him how I found it odd on how many Grindr profiles I see that explicitly states that they’re looking for trans people to have sex with. Especially with how many have face pics.

According to him (who is in his early 30s btw) it’s becoming more popular for adults (cis men at least) to be interested and attracted to trans people. He said he was always kind of into it but couldn’t express it back where he used to live due to the judgement he’d get from his friends and family.

Most of the profiles I see are adult men in their 30s and up that states that they like trans men and women explicitly. They usually want both to be on the feminine and softer side. That goes for the cis men they’d want to hookup with too.

And when I actually talk to them about what they like I end up hearing about how they also don’t like the typical tucute look either. They like it when we pass enough to others but also have a more specific style to their liking.

I think it’s both strange and interesting on why this is happening. It’s not like all of them resemble the stereotypical chaser either. Some of them are more conventionally attractive so it’s not like they don’t have other options. This is just what they’re into. At least for the time being.
