Whats the time policy for contact off the clock? Unfortunately, we got a new coach recently, and he thinks he’s hot shit, so he’s started implementing a bunch of new things on day 2 of him working in my OGP department. Today he decided to put up a sign saying that we need to download an app to get messages from him, assumedly off the clock. As far as I know, you are supposed to be compensated for contact off the clock, but I don’t know/have a link to the policy to confirm that. Does anyone have a link to a onewalmart page containing the info, or personal experience with something like this?
