Hello!

Long story short - I’m in my 30s now! And apparently that means you can just get pulled a little awkwardly by your dog and be rendered completely unable to move? Which is a fun surprise!

I’ve laid down on the bed to rest and I’m not messing, I can’t get up. Bending my back at all is agony and if I try to slide off, as soon as my legs move to the floor my back says NO!

To those older and wiser than me, what are my options here?! Are there…back pain hospitals?! Ambulances for idiots who don’t stretch enough? Physio? Do I just live here now? Do I wait for my partner and hope she can push me onto the floor, and then, I dunno, drag myself along on my stomach for the rest of time?

Any tips much appreciated (it’s right at the bottom of my back and the top of me glutes!)
