My elderly neighbor Mr. Chen had a terrier that barked every day at 3:40 PM like clockwork. Kind of an excited “someone’s home” bark.

Mr. Chen died three months ago. His family took the dog. His apartment is empty.

The barking hasn’t stopped. Same time, same bark, coming from inside his empty apartment. I’ve checked multiple times, no one’s there.
