The lessons are likely to be announced via the embassies’ social media page (probably Facebook). Since most teaching is remote these days, you would be able to join classes in a different country. Obviously there are likely to be most classes that are primarily in English (UK, Australia, USA), and if you join the beginners Indonesian class from the Indonesian embassy in German but don’t speak German, it might not be ideal.
