I downloaded dota 2 a week ago and it’s already becoming one of my favorite games. It feels a lot more flexible than league in terms of what you can build and where you choose to lane. It seems surprisingly balanced despite how crazy all the abilities are. The characters all look cool asf and well thought out. It’s not as hard as WC3 but it’s not as simple as League, so it’s a perfect balance for me. I love that the community-made guides and tutorials are all in the game itself. The list goes on.

My favorite character is and will probably always be Earth Spirit because of the combo potential with his stone manipulation and the fact that he can turn anyone into stone and kick them offscreen lmao. Giving Mars an honorable mention just for the voice lines and the boss music from his ult.

The only characters I’m iffy about are anti-mage, Magnus, and bloodseeker. But only because I’ve been getting rolled by them consistently and I’m still trying to figure out how to play against them, lol. But yeah, I’ve been liking the game overall. It’s probably the most fun moba I’ve ever played.
