Title says it all… my new iPhone was delivered at 5.03pm, and we have video of someone stealing it from our front yard at 5.04pm… Apple does not care and said no refund is possible (even with AppleCare+ theft and loss…). They did not request signature on delivery, and UPS did not ring our bell. We have filed a police report.
Does anyone know if there is something we can do to get this phone refunded? Why would Apple ship it without requesting signature on delivery? I feel this is on them for shipping it in such an insecure way.
