So 3 months ago i was notified that Schneider Electric is now taking over my Sense device and i had to migrate my account to Schneider Home.
Due to some technical issues with my account it took me 3 months to get the device registered with Schneider spending countless hours trying to get it registered with customer support on the phone and in the process i lost ALL my historical data.
Today was that day when i finally set this up connected to my account and though i was going to sit back and relax and all my configuration will work.
BOY was i wrong. Home Assistant support gone, Kasa Integration, Gone, able to test usage on the fly gone. It’s pretty much 5% of what it was before. They turned a good product into a worthless $15 dumb meter.
Stay away from Schneider Energy Monitor
Can anyone recommend some alternatives pls?
