so for the last month I’ve been getting sleep paralysis paired with very vivid and terrifying nightmares pretty often. the last time this happened I saw my sleep paralysis demon for the first time and it advised me to cover my windows so that it cant “watch” me sleep anymore. I have since covered my windows and had stopped having nightmares but if I go outside at night I have a very overwhelming sense of being watched and its kind of driving me crazy
