I need to take the bus to get to the city. Usually i will leave the city around 1pm or so to get home. I cant even count the amount of times that theres been someone who jumps on the bus/train who clearly isn’t right in the head, drunk, mentally ill, I’m sure you all know what i mean. They end up shouting being aggressive with the driver, carrying alcohol, or shouting racial slurs and incoherent none sense etc. Everytime this happens im visibly shaken and distraught (even though im trying to play it cool). It inconveniences everyone on the bus, sometimes we have to stop and most of the times i just get off to avoid anything serious happening. Sometimes i get someone to call Transperth to deal with this but they dont even come quickly enough and i just feel sick of this happening genuinely have ptsd to get on the bus isnt there anything that can be done. Today we had so many old people on walkers get off visibly distraught and young kids scared and i just feel like its unfair to just go through this so frequently. In the past 4 weeks i have had about 4 of these occurrences happen and im over it. Its not safe.
