It was July 2024 when the hospital finally replied to me that I can get a consult for breast augmentation (BA) but since there has been an “explosion of BA requests”, my initial consultation would sometime in 2025. Oof. Okay. Then In April I got a call from the scheduler that the initial consult will be October 28th (today; 15 months after they replied and almost 2 years from initial inquiry).

Today at the doctor’s office while checking in, a guy in front of me was checking in as well. He had a full beard and deep voice, a literal furry tail, a stuffy in his arms, and sported a cane.
