Back in the 90s and even into the 2000s Turbo i4s and i6s and V6s were considered the coolest cars around.
Everyone loved Mitsubishi Evos and Subaru STIs and Skylines and Supras and 300ZXs when I was growing up. Why has the car enthusiast community 180ed on turbo engines in the last few years? Why is 2.0 Turbo i4 cool in an Evo but a blasphemy in a modern performance car?
