To conclude KXT’s homegrown music month, the station will be playing thirteen hours of bands from here in North Texas. Starting at 7 am and concluding with the hour long local show at 7 pm. Commercial free always and pledge drive free, for today. I’m sure they’ll play big names like Stevie Ray Vaughan and Willie Nelson, but they’ll also play tons of lesser known acts. If you’re looking to discover new local bands, this will be the perfect opportunity.

Also, tomorrow KXT will have Halloween programming all day and night. Usually, they do a fantastic job of mixing it up with a lot of lesser played Halloween songs.

91.7 FM on the dial.
