Hi everyone. I want to tell you all that f#cking Windows realtime safety feature (I don’t know how it is called in English I am from Slovakia) uninstalled my Monero GUI wallet 15times in the last 2 weeks that’s. I am glad it didn’t fucked up my daemon. I have really slow internet and I have been downloading daemon (syncing) for now about 3weeks and only like 0,5 million is missing.
But windows thinks it is okay in the middle of the process just uninstall whole app. So yeah I have been manually turning off windows defender in settings.
But I am curious how do you go and have the monero GUI on windows do you also turn off this defender sh!t? Or is there a better way.
For Linux nerds I don’t use my computer much I only play games there and it is my main media storage (>8TB of disks). I also have a MacBook for studying and work but my PC is powerfull to mine crypto and also I want some of the Monero. Also I have a Linux pc (more of a server) also big on storage but not powerfull to mine Monero with profit.
So yeah.
