I used to be like let’s read a book, let’s study, let’s run. But I would never break things down and then get overwhelmed by doing too much or too little.

Lately I learned by breaking things down it makes things easier. For example, instead of feeling like I need to read a book in one sitting. If I commit to 25 to 30 pages a day. That’s still about one book a week or so.
