So, as the title says, today I saw a 4th addition of one of those. They had some dude stocking expensive big bags of Lays chips to cover as much of the area possible- with one kind only ( Plain)
I just don’t understand why the council would approve 4 of them like we need them? Is illegal tobacco/vape industry THAT lucrative, that even a council turns a blind eye to it? I know they can’t do SHIT about the whole money laundering thing thru lease and running at loss but hey , you can NOT approve the application. Or are they THAT stupid? Ignorant ? Are they getting a slice somehow, otherwise it makes zero sense to let this go ahead. Or does it simply boil down to : they just DGAS about the negative effect this will cause ? At this rate all there will be in Mt Lawley is overpriced delis! And Hotel Foyer looking pubs!
Shame on Vincent Council. As well as Stirling. Shame of greedy landlords if this is somehow connected to them too.
