so my friend works up front and we have this fake wall behind customer service and she was getting reshops and somehow the wall fell on her foot and we don’t think it’s broken but she said it hurts really really bad and she wanted to file a report but they told her if she wants to file a report she’s gonna get a coaching. Now, why is that? Why is it that when you want to file a report for an accident or an incident you get an automatic coaching or am I getting it wrong because that’s how I understood it. They said that if she wants to file a report you get an automatic coaching when there’s an accident or an incident.
