Have a tasker task that uses autoinput to turn on the screen, then unlock it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it fails with “Screen can’t be unlocked in this state.” I have a Samsung with smart lock set, and the failures occur even where the phone should be unlocked by smart lock. The error message is pretty useless. How can I figure out what “this state” is? Looking in the tasker log doesn’t help: I know what task is being executed, just not why Auto Input can’t unlock the screen. Is there ANY debug information available from Auto Input?
