Okay, this has already been answered several times, and i just want to be sure. I’ve been hacked (not right now), but in the past, not necessarily on Microsoft, and it’s not a fun experience, and since then, I’ve learned to use strong passwords and 2-step verification I have my own Microsoft account as well as the authenticatior app and recently discovered that I have many unsuccessful login attempts via incorrect password. I just have a few questions, Will the authenticator app be able to actually stop them from logging in since they need approval via the app or whatever? And should I be worried? Does anyone else who has a protected account still get unsuccessful logins? I like to think I have a very protected account, but that doesn’t exactly stop me from being a little worried.
