Thank you all for your feedback around the recent changes to our website! Our Product team is actively reviewing everything you all have said and using it to help us improve our roadmap for the rest of 2023 and into 2024.

The decision to remove website functionality was determined by our usage numbers. We want to focus on the areas most impactful to the most members possible! Right now, we can’t support all historical functionality. However, we have plans for an all new website that will be released in early 2024! Our prior website hit a point where we needed to make changes to ensure your experience working out with iFIT wasn’t impacted by downtime or other issues.
