So I like the ifit workouts. I use it on a NordicTrack treadmill I purchased at the end of June. However since then every time my monthly individual membership renewal gets paid via Apple Pay, iFit does not recognize it. I have to contact support (usually do this via chat), send them a screenshot of my current paid membership and they reset my membership as active. This is the third month in a row I’ve run into this problem. But this time I am not able to get beyond the chatbot. This plus the latest comments about problems with the website makes me wonder if iFit is going to continue to be a viable platform. Any ideas on how to get past this?
