Hi there! I’m starting AIP to try to get a handle on my health and just feel better. I’m glad there is a community here for questions and support.

I have questions! I’m sure I will have many questions along the way but for now I’ll start with these:

1-do you eliminate all the things right at the beginning or do you start with like 2-3 things a week(like coffee and sugar 1 week, dairy the next, etc).

2-how do you make it work with family who isn’t necessarily on board? My spouse and I split cooking duties so on my nights I can control what I make, but his nights not so much. Our kids are GF, so the gluten hurdle has already been handled.

3-ideas on quick snacks and breakfasts for busy mornings and work days?
