Hi, I previously enjoyed printing books from services like blurb.com years and years ago, which offered a simple but useful interface for printing photo books on demand, and a few years ago I had business cards / calling cards produced with a range of photos on the back as offered by Moo printfinity. As you might imagine, shipping from these US-based services costs as much as the product, with no significant volume discount as a result of the size and weight of the items.
So, have you got experience with a local on-demand printing service for books? Secondly, have you got an alternative for small-format printing that’s less expensive and time-consuming than trying to arrange some homemade solution? Something akin to a playing card would be great, too.
For the former, I just enjoy making photobooks for family near and far; for the latter, a number of applications, but mainly just to have a go-to list of what to make for dinner when no one is exactly sure what they want!
Thanks, y’all.
