Hello, I would like to know if there already exist an app with the following features (or if it has to be made) :

I would like to “pair” eg. with my partner in situations like mass transit or shopping or other crowded situations, where we would booth plug our earpieces in and are basically isolated together from our surroundings. The earpieces shield us from the noises and the Bluetooth would connect us (like in a call) but the data stream should not go through the whole internet but just be on our Bluetooth (or even some wifi solution).

Can someone help me out and point me to the right app or somehere to create an app like that?
