I live in a condo in NJ, we pay $100 a month for our parking spot on property. Last week we where accuse of putting two cars in one spot, it wasn’t us! It was our neighbor , and after two years of living here the HOA is trying to have us “register” our car with them and the form asks for our insurance information. Am I legally required to provide this?

They are also stating only the car registered with them can park there, like wtf! We pay for it and should be able to let whoever we want use it!!
