I loved loved Apollo but it wasn’t available on Android. So I built a web viewer for myself and used that as a Progressive Web App on Android for a while.

When Apollo went down I uploaded it to Github for everyone to use and posted about it on Lemmy. People praised it and multiple people started using it. I recently checked the stats and there were thousands of page views per day. So I thought I should share it here too.

It copies some of the best features of Apollo like the subreddit switcher, imgur, giphy native video support etc but you can’t log in and post.

You can add it to your homescreen for an app like experience. Please share your feedback if you do use it.
