So the game starts at a zoomed out image of earth, sort of like google earth. You can zoom in on any location, and instead of seeing static images of the world, you see the world minding its own business, people walking, cars moving, etc. No privacy issue because all the humans in the game would be randomized.
How you play the simulation is, you tell the AI for example “Humans create artificial intelligence that grow conscious”. And then you watch where it goes as if you’re watching a movie, there’s endless possibilities of what may happen, the humans may declare war, make an agreement, or even events that lead to “the matrix” may occur. Or you could ask the AI “a zombie-like virus leaks from a secret laboratory in a rural village in virginia” and then watch how the humans would react. Everything is random and uncertain, in one scenario the virus would have taken the whole village without help called, or another would be stopped before anyone even notices. The government may nuke the area, or attempt to reclaim it, etc, the possibilities are endless.
