Hi. I’m making choux pastry and my SO, love him to death, combined the bread flour and eggs instead of putting it separate so now I have a fairly large quantity of bread flower and eggs I just mixed up. I want something we could eat over several days. Any idea what we could make with this instead of wasting it? Thanks!
