I was distracted while making hummus. I ended up putting half a teaspoon of baking soda into it. Yeah, I know.
It now tastes very bitter and fizzy. I don’t have any more lemon juice, but if I add some more will it help to get rid of the baking soda flavor?
I made a lot of hummus, like 500g. I don’t want to waste it but I also do not want to eat something so weird. Any ideas on how to save it or how to use it in another way?
