Hi, everyone! I think I don’t do well with starches and fruits because they’re sugary foods (fructose high). I’m dealing with way too much gasiness and my stomach always looks bloated if I don’t tuck it in a bit !even though I’m very fit). I thought AIP was just not for me, but then researched a bit deeper and learned that digestive issues should be part of the diary and working with a specialist is actually recommended. Have you used digestive enzymes or other things for gasiness? If so, how did you make your choice and how did it go?
