I am looking to sell my apartment. I worked with an agent when I bought it obviously but I think it would be lazy to call the same agent. I get so much mail spam about local real estate agents, I dont want to sell without some due diligence. Any one have advice on how to find, evaluate, and choose a real estate agent?
