I’ve been on aip 52 days and so far the only thing I’ve introduced is black pepper. I really didn’t have any reduction in my foot joint pain (my most debilitating symptoms) although my acne, itching and brain fog went away.
I tried to eat egg and within the same day my foot hurt so fucking bad. Now my pain fluctuates anyway and since my symptoms haven’t really improved, it’s hard to tel if the diet caused this or it’s just a fluctuation.
Curious if anyone has had similar experience to me.
I think I might have been reacting to coconut so I removed it a while ago. I find reactions hard to tell bc my symptoms haven’t improved. But since I already put so much effort into the diet I want to reintroduce foods as to not waste 52 days of hard effort rather than just return to my old diet immediately.
