I have a nextcloud instance running on unraid. It’s publicly accessible through end-to-end ssl certs from cloudflare and npm. I noticed when I first start the container, nextcloud is pretty fast but over time it begins to slow down. I’m using postgresql and redis for database. I don’t have really any apps installed, only onlyoffice integration, and I host onlyoffice separately.

What specificly can I check to see what is slowing down my container?
