Hi all

I have a question about unused holiday. Our holiday year runs 1st April til 31st March. We don’t have a CBA and our contracts state we can take holiday during our first year of employment ie there is no earning accrual. I joined our business in May 22 so for the last holiday year that would have ran until March 23 I would have had 23 days entitlement. I know I can transfer max up to 5 for 5 years which has occurred and I took some holiday days approx 5 so I am left with 13 days. I assume these are lost and will not be paid back to me? Is there anything in the Swedish holiday act to state about unused holiday payout?
