I am just sharing one more experience here as I should have listened to other posts, but hopefully this post can reach out to whoever it needs to so you don’t buy this brand.

I recently bought their Gotrax Flex Campus scooter, one week after use and the throttle is broken. I reached out to support and they first promised to help and send a box to ship it back, then they ghosted me for a week never sending a return label or a box.

After trying to reach out multiple times they finally sent me a return label, and they are now saying they cannot send a box for me, not even home depot has 50 in long boxes, and their support is like “It’s not our responsibility, we sent that label and that is it”.

Terrible support experience with the agent I last talked with, and it’s just frustrating that they promised a box and speedy replies and they did not accomplished any of those.
