My roommate drove their car into the ground so I have to drive them. They told me one of these days I’ll wake up and see my car gone because they want to go to concerts in different states. I told them no and they laughed and said “No seriously Im going to jack your car for a few weekends.”

Can I report the car stolen if it comes to that or does it not count for roommates?
