I have been playing Magic since 2018 but just recently started playing Modern and Pioneer in my area (there are many small cities around where people play both formats). I bought an Azorius Control deck to play Pioneer and wonder if I can tweak it to play Modern.

Two weeks ago I played a Modern tournament with a borrowed Boros Burn and had great fun, so I could play with borrowed decks whenever I want. Still, I would love to design an Azorius Control that could see play, even if it takes time to adjust to the matchups.

I have checked the current state of the meta and seen that Azorius Control is not being played right now. Well, I am a noob when it comes to Modern, so I would love insights.
