This HOA not only allows dynamite to blow up bedrock for development of homes which was approved ironically as soon as this new management came in. Palms are getting greased, and all resident have to just allow this non sense. Now, not only did they cut acres of forest but also displace all wild life and if that wasn’t enough, they have been cutting down miles of 20 yr. Old Oak trees, leaving no shade for people who enjoy walking to publix and even those that don’t drive, as many former city folks dont drive and walk up to the plaza. It’s like we are getting punished all around by this HOA and their management company. Let them all eat cake is their attitude. All meeting are zoom and they hand pick a few questions leaving out the important things.
