3 months ago someone broke into my condo complex to steal mail. In the process they destroyed the mail boxes beyond repair and have to be replaced. We were told they would fix it as soon as possible, however 3 months later and counting, nothing has been done, nor have they updated us on the status of getting them replaced. We currently have to collect our mail at the postal sorting facility which is very inconvenient. It wasn’t bad to do for a few weeks, especially when we were told it would be fixed immediately, but here we are many many weeks later and there is no end in sight. Is there any sort of agency I can contact to report this? I just want to put the heat on them to get it done like yesterday. I’m tired of having to get in my car to go to get my mail, and as I’m sure everyone is aware, having to stand in line at the post office is never quick and easy.

TLDR; Destoryed mailboxes haven’t been fixed in over 3 months, what can I do about this?
